This course will help you transform your inner dialogue and with it create positive change in your whole life.
This is a proper deep dive into self-compassion and inner voice transformation. We stop thinking of these concept at a rational level only, and really make them part of your every day life and thinking. By talking to each other about the challenges we encounter, we can all benefit from each other's learning.

The sessions take place on Monday evenings from 7 to 9 pm. If you need some time to eat your dinner, you are more than welcome to arrive early (from 6 pm) and enjoy your meal in the training space. There is a microwave available.
